1. Description of Service

Mychurchbase is a church management platform designed to help religious organizations manage membership, events, attendance, finances, and communications.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law (including Nigerian laws).
• Upload or transmit any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harm minors in any way.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

4. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the Service ("User Content").
• License: By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Blitzbit Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Nigeria and foreign countries.

6. Payment and Subscription

If the Service is provided on a subscription basis:

• You agree to pay the fees specified for your subscription tier.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blitzbit Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Unauthorized access to or use of your account or data.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any material changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
